Next Steps
- Teachers will start meeting with their students individually after each unit assessment and progress monitoring. During these conferences, they will discuss with students their areas of strength and areas that need improvement. Teachers will also provide guidance on how students can continue to excel and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Teachers will communicate monthly with parents about their child's progress via Class Dojo and provide specific feedback on areas where their child is excelling and where they can improve.
- Giberson's mental health team has created a survey to assess our staff's work-related stress needs. Admin has added a section to the staff's weekly newsletter to provide staff with tips and resources based on the results from the mental health survey.
