Next Steps
- Infuse additional counselor connections for all grade levels that support the development and practice of conflict resolution skills. Have intermediate grade students support with practice skills for primary grades.
- Construct a responsive bully reporting plan that ensures students' voices and concerns are acknowledged by staff members with a wrap-around communication tool ensuring students are aware of the action steps that are to be taken to support them during potential bullying.
- Develop and implement an outlined behavior matrix that outlines Tier I, II, & III expectations reiterating systems of support for various behavior interventions.
